The Severn Estuary Big Beach Clean 2024

The Severn Estuary Big Beach Clean 2024

The Severn Estuary Big Beach Clean 2024 had come to an end! The SEP team would like to thank everyone for getting involved, together we managed to clean 20 beaches around the Estuary. We are in the process of gathering the results of the Big Beach Clean which will be posted on this page, so stay tuned!

For tips on setting up your own clean, head to our litter pick portal and the Marine Conservation Society website. Remember to register your clean on the Marine Conservation Society website. MCS have some great resources on their website for beach clean organisers and hold training sessions for beach clean organisers, so we advise attending before the big day.

If you run into any issues or need some extra support, get in touch via severn@cardiff.ac.uk.

Take a look at our map of events below and sign up to one of the public cleans.
